Intro price terms

New clinics on the Prescribing plan, billed monthly, pay $99/mo for the plan for their first 3 months, with the included AI scribe seat, then $199/mo. It is always on, with no timer and no code. Extra prescribers and add-ons are full price from the first month. Activation is $250 on Prescribing, charged when you open your account, and your plan starts when you go live. A partner code takes 25% off the monthly total for 6 months instead; discounts never stack, and activation and the app setup fee are never discounted. Start-up founding offer (first 100 clinics): the plan is $0 for the first 3 months, then $99/mo, with a card on file and no activation; add-ons bill from day one; cancel anytime. During the free months: up to 500 patients, about 1,000 emails a month, 5 GB of files and 1 location, with unlimited staff. Moving to Prescribing pays the $250 activation. AI scribe fair use: 100 scribed hours per seat per month, then $0.50 an hour.

01What counts as a prescriber?

MDs, DOs, NPs and PAs who prescribe. Everyone else on your team is free: front desk, nurses, MAs, coaches and non-prescribing providers never cost a seat.

02What’s in the $199 Prescribing plan?

Everything in Start-up, plus e-prescribing (including controlled substances), labs and telehealth, with one prescriber and one AI scribe seat included and unlimited staff. Each additional prescriber is $99/mo.

03How does the intro price work?

Every new clinic on the Prescribing plan, billed monthly, pays $99/mo for the plan for its first 3 months, with the AI scribe seat included, then $199/mo. It is always on: no timer, no code, nothing to book first. Extra prescribers and add-ons are full price from the first month.

04What happens after the 3 free months?

From month 4, the card you saved is charged $99/mo for Start-up, unless you cancel before then. You can cancel any time in Settings. If you leave, you can export everything first: a full export of your data is free.

05Is there an annual plan?

Yes. Pay yearly and you get 2 months free: Prescribing is $1,990/yr (save $398), Start-up is $990/yr (save $198) after its 3 free months, and each extra prescriber is $990/yr. Add-ons are billed at 10 months’ price for the year too. The intro price is for monthly billing. Annual plans are set up with our team: book a demo (or ask us after you start monthly) and we switch you to yearly billing.

06What do the AI add-ons cost?

The Prescribing plan includes one AI scribe seat. Extra seats are $49/mo for the AI scribe, $49/mo for Nova copilot, and a scribe seat paired with a copilot seat is billed as an AI bundle at $79/mo (save $19), automatically. Add a seat for each provider who will use it.

07What does the activation fee cover?

Opening your account, setting up e-prescribing (including EPCS) with you, and moving your data from your current system. It is $250 one-time on the Prescribing plan. Start-up has no activation fee; if you move up to Prescribing, you pay the $250 then, once.

08When does the monthly plan start?

On Prescribing, when you go live: you pay the $250 activation to open your account, set up at your own pace, and your plan starts on the card you saved the day you go live. On Start-up, there is nothing to pay today: your card is saved, and the plan is free for your first 3 months.

09How is insurance billing priced?

We price it with you, based on your claim volume, because clinics range from a few claims a month to hundreds. Superbills are included on every plan without it. Talk to us and we will quote it.

10Is there a contract?

No. Monthly plans are month-to-month and you can cancel any time. Annual plans are paid a year at a time. A full export of your data is free, any time, including after you leave.

11Do you take a percentage of our revenue?

No. You pay your card processor’s rates directly and Aminova charges a subscription. If you open an account with a processor we partner with, that processor may pay us a referral fee from its own share. It is never added to your bill.

12Can we start on Start-up and add prescribing later?

Yes. Switch to the Prescribing plan when you start prescribing. You pay the $250 activation then, once: it covers e-prescribing (EPCS) setup and moving your data. Add-ons like the white-label app or the website can be added any time.

13We have more than 10 prescribers.
