What’s the difference between the patient portal and the white-label app?
Every clinic gets the patient portal: booking, intake, payments, messaging, refills, programs and results, in your clinic’s colors. The white-label app is an add-on that puts the same experience in your own app on the App Store and Google Play, under your clinic’s name and icon.
How much does the white-label app cost?

Do we have to deal with Apple and Google?
No. We handle submission, review and updates. You supply the brand assets and approve the listing. Plan on a few weeks, most of which is store review, which no vendor controls.
Can patients use it without downloading anything?
Yes. The same experience runs in a browser for patients who won’t install an app. The app adds Face ID and push notifications, but nobody is locked out for not downloading it.
What if a patient loses their phone?
Sessions are biometric-locked and time out when idle, and access can be revoked from your side. A lost phone is not a lost record.
