Memberships

Turn visits into recurring revenue.

A clinic living on one-off appointments is starting from zero every month. A clinic on memberships knows what December looks like in July — and so does its bank.

1

A membership is whatever you say it is

Three visits a month plus a discount on injectables. A flat monthly that includes labs. A pre-paid package of six. Every clinic’s version is different, which is why the bundle is something you compose rather than a plan type we picked for you.

2

Included visits that actually get counted

A plan including three visits a month is only real if the system draws one down when the patient walks in. Check-in settles it against the allowance, resets on the right day of the month, and refuses the fourth — so the plan means something rather than being a number in a brochure.

3

Households buy together

Couples do TRT and HRT together; parents put teenagers on weight-management programs. A family plan bills once against the primary member while every member holds the benefits on their own chart, so the clinical record stays individual even though the invoice doesn’t.

Custom bundles

Compose the plan, don’t pick from a menu.

Set the price and cycle, then add what’s included — a number of visits, specific products, a discount rate on everything else. Save it and it’s assignable to anyone.

  • ✓Monthly, quarterly or annual billing cycles
  • ✓Included visits, products or a blanket member discount
  • ✓Sell as a recurring plan or a pre-paid package
  • ✓Edit the plan without disturbing patients already on it

Visit allowances

Check-in settles the count.

Included visits are tracked as real credits. Arriving draws one down, the allowance refills on the right day of the month, and unused visits either roll or expire depending on how you sell it.

  • ✓Drawn down automatically at check-in
  • ✓Monthly allowances reset on schedule, not manually
  • ✓The fourth visit is refused or charged — your rule
  • ✓Balance visible to the patient in your app

Family plans

One invoice, separate charts.

Group a household onto one plan. The primary member carries the price and everyone else is billed at zero, while each person keeps their own chart, their own protocol and their own benefits.

  • ✓Billed once, against the primary member
  • ✓Every member holds the plan’s benefits individually
  • ✓Add or remove members without rebuilding the plan
  • ✓A family tag on the chart jumps between members

Billing itself

Revenue that arrives without chasing.

Plans charge on schedule against the card on file, on whichever processor you bank with. A decline is surfaced as work rather than swallowed, and a period is never billed twice even if a run repeats.

  • ✓Charges automatically on the cycle you set
  • ✓Declines flagged for follow-up, not silently skipped
  • ✓Never double-bills a period, even on a repeated run
  • ✓Plans including medication collect on the processor you chose

How it works

Three moves, one platform.

1 Build

Compose the plan — monthly price, included visits, included products, whatever your version of it is.

2 Assign

Put a patient on it from their chart, optionally billing the first period on the spot.

3 Renew

It bills itself on schedule, draws down included visits at check-in, and flags a failed card instead of going quiet.

Everything recurring.

Your brand, one login, no stitched-together stack.

FAQ /Memberships

Questions,answered.

Anything else? Ask us on a demo — we will show you on a real clinic’s setup.

01Can we design our own plans?

Yes — that’s the whole design. You set the price, the cycle and what’s included, whether that’s visits, products, a discount rate or some combination. We don’t ship plan types and ask you to pick the nearest one.

02What happens on the fourth visit of a three-visit plan?

Whatever you decide — refuse it, charge full price or charge a member rate. What doesn’t happen is it quietly going through uncounted, which is how included-visit plans lose money.

03Can a plan include medication?

Yes. Many card processors don’t allow prescription charges, so you can send medication and membership charges to a high-risk-approved processor like PayBright and keep everything else on your regular one. Your choice; the patient experience is the same. Why →

04Can patients sign up themselves?

Yes, from the patient app — enrol, renew and update their card without calling the desk. Some clinics prefer to sell memberships in person only, and that’s a setting.

05What if a card fails?

The subscription is marked past due and surfaced for follow-up rather than silently skipped. A failed card you don’t know about is a cancelled member you find out about in ninety days.

06Can we change a plan’s price later?

Yes. Editing a plan doesn’t retroactively re-price patients already on it — you decide who moves and when, which matters when you’re raising prices on a base of loyal members.
