Which labs do you connect to?

Results ingest from your existing lab partner, and ordering integrations depend on which network that lab sits on. Tell us who you draw with during onboarding and we’ll confirm exactly what’s automated versus manual for your setup before you sign — we’d rather be specific than promise "all major labs".

Can we keep our current lab relationship?

Yes, and most clinics should. Your pricing with a lab is usually better than anything we’d arrange, and cash-pay optimization clinics often have deals worth keeping. Aminova is the chart, not the middleman.

What about draws we do in-house?

Enter results directly and they behave identically — same discrete values, same flagging, same trend lines. A finger-stick A1C in the room and a send-out panel end up on the same chart.

Can we import historical results?

Usually. We handle it as part of migration, and how much comes across as trendable data versus attached documents depends on what your current system will export. We’ll look at a sample and tell you honestly before you commit.

Do patients see results automatically?

Only when a provider releases them. That’s deliberate — a flagged hematocrit shouldn’t reach a patient at 11pm with no context. Release is one click once you’ve reviewed it.

Can we set our own reference ranges?

Yes. Optimization clinics routinely work to tighter or different targets than a lab’s population range, so you can set your own and have flagging follow yours rather than the lab’s.
