About Aminova
The operating system for optimization clinics.
Aminova is an all-in-one EHR and practice platform for independent hormone and TRT, peptide, GLP-1 weight management, and functional and longevity medicine clinics. We believe the practices redefining how people feel, perform, and age deserve software built for them — not a generic EHR with their workflow bolted on the side.
Why we built it
Optimization medicine — testosterone replacement therapy, hormone optimization for men and women, peptide therapy, GLP-1 and medical weight loss, IV therapy, longevity and functional care — is one of the fastest-growing corners of healthcare. But the clinics leading it were stuck choosing between clunky legacy EHRs built for insurance-billing primary care, and a pile of disconnected tools: one app for scheduling, another for charting, a third for e-prescribing, a fourth for payments, a fifth for memberships, and no patient app at all.
So they paid for five subscriptions that didn't talk to each other, re-typed the same patient data into each one, tracked repeat injections in a paper binder because no system had a place for them, and handed their patients a generic portal that looked nothing like their brand. We thought that was backwards.
Aminova puts the whole clinic in one platform — charting, EPCS-ready e-prescribing, lab ordering and results, lot-level inventory and in-clinic administration logging, memberships, payments, telehealth, and a fully white-labeled patient app — at a flat, fair price. Your brand, your data, one login.
Charting to payments to the patient app — one platform, one place.
Revenue share
A flat platform fee. No percentage of your revenue, no per-transaction skim.
Your brand
The app, the portal, the emails — your patients see you, not us.
What we believe
Four principles that decide what we build, what we charge for, and what we refuse to do.
Built for optimization medicine
Not a generic EHR with your workflow taped on. Reusable dosing protocols, titration, peptides, hormone therapy, GLP-1 programs, and in-clinic injections are first-class parts of the chart — not free-text workarounds.
Your brand, not ours
The patient app, the portal, the emails, the intake forms — all white-labeled under your clinic's name and logo. Your patients see you. Aminova stays invisible, which is exactly where a vendor belongs.
Flat & fair
One flat platform fee, with unlimited non-prescribing staff accounts. No percentage of your revenue and no per-transaction skim. E-prescribing is the one thing licensed per prescriber, because the controlled-substance network charges us that way — so we pass it through instead of burying it.
Your data is yours
Export any time, in a format another system can actually read. No lock-in and no exit fee for your own records. We import you in for free, and we'd export you out the same way — we intend to earn the month, not trap it.
Who we serve
Aminova is built for independent, mostly cash-pay practices — typically one to five prescribers, with unlimited support staff. If your revenue comes from memberships and packages rather than insurance claims, and your patients are on ongoing protocols rather than one-off visits, the platform is shaped the way you work.
Hormone & TRT clinics
Testosterone replacement, estrogen and thyroid optimization, pellets and injections — with EPCS for Schedule III prescribing and lab trending built in.
Peptide therapy clinics
503A and 503B sourcing, cold-chain and lot-level inventory, protocol templates, and patient education that travels in the app.
Medical weight loss & GLP-1
Titration schedules, weekly dosing, weight and body-composition tracking, and payment routing that keeps drug charges off processors that prohibit them.
Functional & longevity medicine
Long intake forms, extensive lab panels, supplement plans and in-house dispensing, and the long-arc charting these visits actually require.
IV therapy & wellness
Walk-in and membership flows, drip and push administration records with product lots, and inventory that moves as you log rather than at month end.
Men's & women's health
Telehealth-first or in-person, single location or multi-state — with consents, intake, and prescribing documented for the states you actually serve.
We're deliberately not built for large hospital systems or purely cosmetic med-spas. Saying no to those is what lets us say yes to a two-tap injection log and a protocol engine that understands week six of a titration.
What's in the platform
One system, one login, one source of truth. Each of these usually arrives as a separate subscription somewhere else.
- Charting & clinical notes — templates, structured vitals, and a chart organized around ongoing protocols rather than isolated encounters.
- E-prescribing with EPCS — including Schedule III controlled substances such as testosterone, with DEA-compliant identity proofing and two-factor.
- Lab ordering & results — discrete results you can trend over time, tied to the protocol change they prompted.
- In-clinic injection & IV logging — medication, dose, route, site, and vial lot, in two taps, with the full dose history and average interval.
- Lot-level inventory — cold-chain product tracked by volume, drawn down as you administer, with expiration alerts and recall lookup.
- Memberships & recurring billing — native subscription plans and tiers, not a payment tool bolted onto a claims system.
- Payments, split by type — visits and memberships on your chosen processor; prescription charges routed away from processors that prohibit them.
- Telehealth & scheduling — visits, availability, and the documentation a compliant patient-provider relationship requires.
- White-label patient app — your clinic's name and logo in the App Store and Google Play, with dosing reminders, refills, labs, and secure messaging.
- Data migration from your old EHR — included with onboarding, reconciled before any patient login goes out.
Built alongside the clinics we serve
We're not a legacy health-IT company bolting an "optimization" tab onto an old EHR. Aminova was built from the ground up for cash-pay, membership-driven clinics — and we ship fast because we work hand-in-hand with the practices that run on it. Every feature exists because a real clinic asked for it.
The in-clinic injection log is the clearest example. It exists because a clinic owner told us plainly that logging the same weekly shot was the one thing keeping him on paper, and that nobody he'd demoed had an answer for it. The data migration pipeline exists because another practice was quoted five figures to get a decade of its own records out of a legacy system. Neither was on a roadmap. Both shipped because someone running a clinic explained the problem.
We keep it simple on purpose: one platform, one login, one flat price. No per-seat games, no percentage of your revenue, and no lock-in — your data is always yours to export. As your clinic grows, the software grows with it, from a single provider to a multi-location group.
Our north star is straightforward: give independent optimization clinics the same caliber of technology the big hospital systems have — wrapped in your brand, not ours.
How we handle your patients' data
Aminova Health LLC signs a Business Associate Agreement with every clinic. Protected health information is encrypted in transit and at rest, access is role-based and audit-logged, and two-factor authentication is available on every account and required where controlled-substance prescribing demands it.
Each clinic's records are isolated from every other clinic's at the database level, not merely in the interface. And your data stays exportable in a readable format for as long as you're a customer — the migration guarantee runs in both directions.

Common questions
What exactly is Aminova?
An all-in-one EHR and clinic operating system for independent optimization practices — charting, e-prescribing with EPCS, lab ordering, injection and IV administration logging with lot-level inventory, memberships and payments, telehealth, and a white-label patient app, in one HIPAA-compliant platform.
How is it different from a general-purpose EHR?
General EHRs are organized around the insurance claim and the one-off visit. Optimization clinics run on recurring protocols and memberships, so we organized the software around those instead — which is why a repeat injection takes two taps here and a full clinical note somewhere else.
Do you sign a BAA?
Yes, with every clinic, as part of the signing packet — alongside the service agreement and your order form.
Will you move my data from my current system?
Yes, as part of onboarding — patients with their original join dates and chart numbers, clinical notes, treatment plans at their real start week, labs, and scanned documents. We reconcile the counts with you before any patient login is issued. See how EHR migrations actually work.
Can I use my own branding?
That's the default. The patient app, portal, emails, and intake forms carry your clinic's name, logo, and colors — the app ships to the App Store and Google Play under your brand.
Do you charge per user?
No. Non-prescribing staff accounts are unlimited on every plan. E-prescribing is licensed per prescriber, because the controlled-substance prescribing network charges per prescriber — we pass that through rather than hiding it in the platform fee.
Do I need EPCS?
If you prescribe testosterone or any other controlled substance electronically, yes — it's a Schedule III medication and EPCS is required. More on how prescribing works.
