Your clinic’s app, with your name on it.
Not a patient portal with your logo in the corner. Your clinic’s own app, on the App Store and Google Play, under your brand — because the patient should be loyal to you, not to your software vendor.

Whose brand is on the patient’s phone?
Every competitor puts their own name on the app your patients open every day. That’s a strange thing to hand over — the most frequent touchpoint you have with your patients, branded for someone else. Under Aminova the app is yours: your listing, your icon, your name on the home screen.
The protocol lives in their pocket
Adherence collapses when a patient is holding a twelve-week schedule in their head. The app shows today’s dose, the current phase, and what happens next — and the check-offs come back to you as adherence data rather than as a guess at the next visit.
Fewer phone calls is the actual ROI
Refill requests, results, balances, rebooking and questions all arrive through the app instead of ringing the front desk. The clinics that adopt this hardest are the ones whose staff were drowning in "quick questions" they can’t bill for.
Your listing, not ours.
The app ships under your clinic’s name on both stores, with your icon, colours and splash screen. Patients search for you and find you — not a vendor they’ve never heard of.
- ✓Your own App Store and Google Play listing
- ✓Your icon, colours, splash screen and app name
- ✓Patients search your clinic name and find it
- ✓We handle the store submission and the updates
Branding
Aminova’s name does not appear on the patient’s home screen.
The reason they open it.
A patient app nobody opens is a line item. This one carries the thing the patient is actually thinking about: what am I taking today, is it working, and when do I need more.
- ✓Today’s dose and current protocol phase
- ✓Check off doses — which becomes your adherence data
- ✓Lab results with a plain-language summary, once released
- ✓Streaks and progress, because they work
Patient — Today
Every check-off feeds the adherence view on your side.
The front desk gets its afternoon back.
Refills, balances, rebooking and questions come through the app as structured requests that land in a queue — instead of as calls that interrupt whoever is nearest the phone.
- ✓Refill requests straight into the prescribing queue
- ✓Pay a balance or renew a membership without calling
- ✓Secure messages to the care team, threaded
- ✓Self-booking within the rules you set
From The App Today
Each one is a phone call the front desk did not take.
Fast to ship, private by default.
The app is a real native shell on both stores, which means Face ID and push notifications behave the way patients expect — and most improvements reach them without waiting on an App Store review.
- ✓Face ID and biometric unlock
- ✓Push notifications for results, refills and reminders
- ✓Most updates ship without an App Store review cycle
- ✓PHI served over expiring links, never public URLs

A lost phone is not a lost record.
Try it yourself
A live patient app, right here.
This is the real Aminova patient app running on demo data — no login. Tap through it: check off today’s protocol, open Progress, message the care team. Under a white-label build, this is your clinic’s branding instead of ours.
↑ It’s interactive — scroll and tap inside the phone.

Your name, your colours, your icon — on your own App Store and Google Play listing.
Patients see today’s protocol, check off doses, read results and message the clinic.
Refills, renewals and rebooking happen in the app instead of turning into phone calls.

Questions
Is this really our own app, or a portal with our logo?
Your own app, with your own store listings under your clinic’s name. Patients search for your clinic and find it. Aminova’s name does not appear on their home screen — which is the entire point, because the relationship should be with you.
How much does the white-label app cost?
It’s an add-on for most plans and included on the larger ones. It’s the one feature we’d push hardest for a clinic building a brand, because your competitors are handing that touchpoint to their vendor. See pricing →
Do we have to deal with Apple and Google?
No. We handle submission, review and updates. You supply the brand assets and approve the listing.
How long does it take to get on the stores?
Plan on a few weeks, most of which is Apple and Google rather than us. Store review timelines aren’t something any vendor controls, and anyone promising you a date is guessing.
What if a patient loses their phone?
Sessions are biometric-locked and time out on idle, and access can be revoked from your side. A lost phone shouldn’t be a lost record, and it isn’t.
Can patients use it without downloading anything?
Yes — the same experience runs in a browser for patients who won’t install an app. The app is better for engagement and push notifications, but nobody is locked out for refusing to download it.
