Start-up practices

The core practice-management system for $99 a month.

A new $99-a-month tier for practices that are just getting started: booking, charting, consents, memberships, and payments — the operating layer first, the clinical stack when you actually need it.

Start-up practices — $99 per month, with booking, charting, consents, memberships and payments

Most practice software is priced for the practice you plan to be in year three. Today we are introducing a tier for the practice you are on day one. It is called Start-up, and it is $99 a month.

Start-up is the core Aminova operating layer — booking, charting, consents, memberships, and payments — in one system, with your whole team included. No per-provider fees. No clinical modules you will not touch for a year. And when you do grow into prescribing, the rest of the platform is already underneath you.

The five-tool problem

A new practice faces a strange choice before the first patient ever arrives. Option one: assemble a stack. A scheduler, a charting tool, a consent-form service, a membership app, a payment processor. Five subscriptions, five logins, five places a client's history lives. None of them talk to each other, and reconciling them becomes an unpaid part-time job.

Option two: buy a full clinical platform. Now there is one system — but you are paying for e-prescribing, lab ordering, and telehealth from the first month, long before there is a prescriber on staff. The bundle is built for a mature clinic, and it is priced like one.

Neither option is designed for the practice that is actually starting out: cash-pay, treatment-led, not prescribing yet. Most often that is a med spa or an aesthetics practice, but it describes almost every new wellness business in its first year.

What $99 covers

Start-up is the operating layer that kind of practice runs on:

  • Booking and calendar
  • Client charts and treatment notes
  • Digital intake and kiosk forms
  • E-signed consents, with aesthetic templates included
  • Before-and-after photos
  • Memberships and packages
  • Card payments and checkout
  • Inventory and product tracking
  • Secure client messaging, a client portal, and reminders

The compliance posture does not shrink with the price. Start-up runs on the same HIPAA-engineered infrastructure as every Aminova tier, and every clinic gets a signed BAA. Unlimited patients, unlimited support staff, no per-transaction fees, no revenue share, no long-term contract.

What it leaves out, on purpose

Start-up does not include e-prescribing, lab ordering, telehealth visits, or the AI scribe. That is not a limitation dressed up as simplicity; it is the reason the price is $99. A practice that is not prescribing should not be billed as if it were.

It also sits apart from the clinical tiers on our pricing page, because it is not a discounted clinical plan. It is a different starting point, for a different moment in a practice's life.

Grow into it — don't migrate to it

The day you add weight loss or hormone therapy, you need prescribing, labs, and virtual consults. On most stacks, that day means a migration: export the clients, re-import them, rebuild the forms, retrain the staff, and hope nothing falls through the gap.

On Aminova it means moving to Solo, at $199 a month. Same system. Same client records, same consents, same membership billing. Nothing to export and nothing to rebuild — the clinical modules switch on around the data you already have.

The payment side is already built for that future, too. Aminova takes card, terminal, HSA/FSA, ACH, and cash, and routes each charge to the right processing rail — so when prescription revenue arrives, it lands on prescription-safe processing instead of putting your standard merchant account at risk. Start-up practices begin with card payments and checkout; the routing is waiting for them when they need it.

Start-up is on our pricing page at aminova.health/pricing, alongside the full breakdown of what is included, what is not, and the tiers a practice grows into. If you are opening a practice this year, look at the demo before you assemble a stack — it is open at app.aminova.health/demo, no account required. Fifteen minutes with it should tell you whether you ever need those five other tools.
