Terms of Service

Last updated: June 16, 2026

These Terms govern your use of the Aminova platform and the Aminova patient app (together, the "Service"), provided by Aminova Health ("Aminova," "we," "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. What Aminova is

Aminova is a software platform that healthcare clinics use to operate their practice, and a companion app that patients of those clinics use to interact with their care. Aminova is a technology provider; it does not provide medical care, practice medicine, or make clinical decisions. All medical care, advice, prescriptions, and treatment are provided solely by your clinic and its licensed providers.

2. Not medical advice / emergencies

Content in the Service is for managing and communicating about your care and is not a substitute for professional medical judgment. Never disregard or delay seeking medical advice because of something in the app. If you have a medical emergency, call 911 or your local emergency number.

3. Accounts

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service — including attempting to access data you are not authorized to, disrupting the Service, reverse-engineering it, or using it unlawfully or to infringe others' rights.

5. Payments

Where your clinic uses Aminova to bill you, payments are processed by our payment processor (Stripe) and are subject to the clinic's pricing and policies. Subscription fees charged to clinics are governed by the clinic's separate agreement with Aminova.

6. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Health information is handled on behalf of your clinic under applicable agreements, including HIPAA Business Associate Agreements.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and content (excluding your clinic's and your own data), is owned by Aminova and protected by law. We grant you a limited, non-transferable right to use the Service as intended.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time and request account deletion through the app. We or your clinic may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or to comply with law. Certain records may be retained as required by law (see the Privacy Policy).

9. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aminova is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability arising out of the Service is limited as permitted by law. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes are reflected by the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, communicated through the Service. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
