Account & Data Deletion
Last updated: June 17, 2026
This page explains how to request deletion of your patient account and the personal data associated with it.
It applies to the Aminova patient app (health.aminova.app) and to the clinic-branded patient apps that Aminova Health operates on behalf of its clinics, including Revive Hydration (com.revivehydrationroanoke.patient) and Renew Health & Longevity (com.renewhealthlongevity.patient). All of them are operated by Aminova Health on the clinic’s behalf and follow the process below.
How to request deletion
You can request deletion in either of these ways:
From the app
- Open your clinic’s patient app — or the Aminova app — and sign in.
- Go to Account.
- Tap Request account deletion and confirm.
By email
Email privacy@aminova.health from the address on your account (or include your name and the clinic you are a patient of) with the subject line "Delete my account."
What happens next
Because Aminova is used by your clinic to deliver care, your request is routed to your clinic, which is the controller of your health record. We (and your clinic) will action it promptly, and in all cases within 30 days of verifying your identity.
What is deleted
- Your login credentials and app account.
- Your profile and contact details (name, email, phone, date of birth).
- Account preferences, notification settings, and device tokens.
- Messages, check-ins, and other app-generated content not part of the legal medical record.
What may be retained, and for how long
Aminova holds medical records on behalf of your clinic. Healthcare providers are legally required to retain certain treatment records (for example, prescriptions, lab results, and clinical notes) for a minimum period — generally 6 years under HIPAA, and longer in some states. These records cannot always be deleted on demand and will be retained by your clinic for as long as the law requires, then securely destroyed. Limited information may also be retained where necessary to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce agreements.
